Optimization of work aimed at servicing clients. When a button is pressed the number of call and its purpose (service/bill) are shown on a display and waiter’s personal pager. Statistics software stores all the events, calculates waiter’s service time and displays this information on demand. All the incoming calls with the indication of waiting time are displayed on manager’s monitor. This way the number of missed order is brought down to zero. When a meal is ready a chef can call the specific waiter with a single touch of a button.
