Solution for a shop allows a client calling a consulting sales associate to a specific department. If call panels are installed at cashier’s lines, there is a possibility to call a specific sales associate to a concrete cashier’s station. A call button can be installed in fitting room. If there is a video surveillance operator in a shop, there is a possibility to direct a specific sales associate to the department where maximum customers’ traffic is observed. In order to maintain statistics of service quality in each department it is possible to use a button with call cancelling function. Upon the arrival in the department a consulting sales associate resets the call. After that information about spent time is recorded in the database in a personal computer.
